Join Herbalist Rebecca Minifie for this fun and engaging class! Rebecca has studied and gardened with herbs for over 25 years, with a background in clinical herbalism, herbal products, wild-crafting, farming, botany, and garden design. She has many years of experience teaching a wide range of workshops and classes. Rebecca also works as a massage therapist and enjoys learning about the body, finding ways to explain complex body systems and processes. She loves connecting people with plant wisdom! 

We will be exploring one herb each month, come join us and...

• Discover safe and effective medicinal uses to keep the lungs healthy this fall & winter
• Try a delicious medicinal seasonal tea (easy to make!)
• Participate in making homemade cough drops
• Learn how thyme steams are a useful tool in your home
• Review respiratory system anatomy & physiology 
• Identify botanical characteristics, how you can grow & use different types of thyme
• Connect with the generous spirit of this incredibly supportive ally

Each class is $25.00 to participate, payable upon completion.  Space is limited, so reservations are highly recommended.  Each session will last an hour and a half.

NOTE:  Due to the educational nature of our Herbal class, we ask that all attendees be 14 or older to attend. Please bring Notepad and writing instrument for notes, Instructor will provide all other supplies.
