Welcome to Earth & Elevate! We are a movement studio located in McMinnville, OR.
Our goal is to provide our community with a welcoming space to explore the many benefits of movement and wellness in various forms. Integrating modern science with traditional practices, we equip all our fellow students with the tools they need to unlock their personal potential and enhance their overall well-being. Offering Yoga, Aerial Fitness, and Functional Movement Training, we invite all people and every skill level. Here at Earth & Elevate, we value unity, diversity, and variety in all aspects of life and honor these guiding principles within all our class offerings.

Gina Polimeni, with her masters degree in Mental Health and Addition behind her, began her Spiritual Journey in 2019 with a dark night of the Soul. That, in turn, led her to the study of a wide range of modalities : meditation, visualization, inner Child work, Trauma work, shadow work, and Somatic Breathing. Gina personally practices these modalities.
"I am here to serve and guide your path, to love and freedom... I create a space fo healing and change to take place at an accelerated pace.

You will need a yoga mat and blanket (or two blankets) as you will be lying on the floor.
